Dear support team,

I've just bought Prolink PRO 1200S UPS, and it is working fine. But I don't like one of its new feature "Intelligent Battery Management" which shuts down the UPS in the Backup mode when it detects no load within a certain amount of time.

Could you please guide me on how to disable this function as I'm an electronics technician and should be able to do the modifications under your guidance. I used to love the older UPS which doesn't have this kind of function.
