Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you can place orders without having an account. However, if you were to register with us, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

- Accumulate loyalty points that is exchangeable for cash credits in your future purchases (Coming Soon)

- Track your orders and review past purchases

- Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker in future

Fulfilment of Order

Orders will only be fulfilled after payment is received. We reserve the right not to fulfill orders when we have not received payment.

I received my order with missing and/or incorrect item(s). What should I do?

If your order has missing/incorrect item(s) upon arrival, please report it to our Customer Care Team at support@prolink2u.com, or (65) 6357 0666.

What do I do if I think that an item that I have purchased from your site is faulty?

Simply email our Customer Care Team and we’ll look into this for you.  When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
